Error Code
Error codes can point toward drainage, inlet, door, sensor, motor or PCB faults.
Bad Smell
Detergent residue, moisture, dirt, gasket contamination or internal buildup.
WE DON'T JUST CHANGE PARTS.
A symptom does not always identify the faulty part. For example, a machine that is not spinning may have a belt problem, motor problem, door-lock problem, capacitor issue, imbalance or electronic fault.
The technician first checks the machine's actual behaviour and then traces the fault through the relevant system.
MAJOR COMPONENTS WE CHECK
Washing machine faults can originate from mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or electronic components.
Power & Wiring
If the machine is completely dead, the technician checks the power path before assuming the PCB is faulty.
- Power cord
- Plug & socket
- Noise filter
- Fuse
- Internal wiring
- Connectors
Water Inlet System
Water filling problems can originate from the external supply or from components inside the machine.
- Inlet hose

- Drain motor
- Pump wiring
- Drain assembly
Motor & Drive
Motor-related faults can affect washing, agitation, spinning or the complete cycle.
- Wash motor
- Spin motor
- Drive motor
- Motor coupling
- Capacitor
- Motor control
Belt, Pulley & Clutch
In belt-driven and relevant top-load systems, mechanical drive components can cause weak spinning, noise or no drum movement.
- Drive belt
- Motor pulley
- Drum pulley
- Clutch assembly
- Coupling
- Hub mechanism
Drum & Bearings
Grinding or rumbling during spin can indicate a bearing or drum-related mechanical issue.
- Drum bearing
- Oil seal
- Drum pulley
- Drum spider
- Inner drum
- Tub assembly
Door & Lid System
Front-load machines normally require the door interlock to confirm a safe closed condition before operation.
- Door lock
- Door latch
- Lid switch
- Door hinge
- Gasket
- Lock wiring
PCB & Control
The control board coordinates different functions of the machine. A PCB fault should be diagnosed rather than assumed from a single symptom.
- Main PCB
- Display PCB
- Inverter PCB
- Motor control
- Relays
- Connectors
Heater & Temperature
On machines with water-heating functionality, the heater and temperature sensing system may need inspection if water does not heat.
- Heating element
- Thermistor
- Heater wiring
- Temperature sensor
- Control circuit
- Connectors
Sensors
Sensors provide the control system with information about water level, temperature, motor position and other operating conditions.
- Pressure sensor
- Temperature sensor
- Hall sensor
- Level sensing
- Sensor hose
- Sensor wiring
Suspension & Balance
Excessive movement during spin can be caused by installation, load distribution or internal suspension components.
- Shock absorbers
- Suspension rods
- Springs
- Balancing system
- Drum support
- Machine levelling
Leakage & Seals
Leakage location is important because water can escape from different areas of the machine.
- Door gasket
- Inlet hose
- Drain hose
- Internal hose
- Tub seal
- Detergent drawer

HELP YOUR MACHINE LAST LONGER
Regular maintenance can help reduce avoidable problems related to dirt, residue, blocked filters and improper loading.
Clean the Filter
Check and clean the relevant drain/filter area according to the machine's design.
Avoid Overloading
Excessive load can affect washing performance, balance and spinning.
Keep the Machine Level
Proper levelling helps reduce unnecessary movement and vibration during high-speed spin.
Don't Ignore Small Faults
Repeated leakage, abnormal noise, drainage issues or error codes should be diagnosed before they worsen.
When should you call a technician?
Some basic checks may be safe, but internal electrical, motor, PCB, bearing and sealed-system work should be handled by a trained technician.
WASHING MACHINE REPAIR FAQ
Do you repair front-load and top-load washing machines?
Yes. Service can cover front-load, top-load, fully automatic and semi-automatic washing machines. The actual repair depends on the machine model and fault.
My washing machine is not spinning. What could be wrong?
Several components can cause a no-spin condition, including an unbalanced load, belt, motor, clutch, door/lid lock, capacitor, motor control or PCB. The exact cause should be diagnosed rather than assumed.
Why is water not draining from my washing machine?
A blocked filter or drain hose is one possible cause. Other possibilities include a drain pump/motor, wiring or control problem. The actual drainage system should be checked before replacing the pump.
Why is my washing machine making loud noise?
Noise can come from an unbalanced load, foreign object, belt or pulley, motor, suspension components or worn drum bearings. The sound and when it occurs during the cycle are important diagnostic clues.
Why is my washing machine leaking water?
Leakage can originate from the door gasket, inlet hose, drain hose, internal hose connections, detergent drawer, seals or tub-related components. The exact leakage point needs to be identified.
My front-load washing machine door is not opening. What should I do?
The door may remain locked while water is still inside the drum or while the safety interlock has not released. Do not force the door. If the machine has failed to drain or the lock remains engaged, technician inspection may be required.
Why is my washing machine not taking water?
Possible causes include water supply problems, a blocked inlet filter, inlet valve, pressure-sensing system, wiring or control fault.
Can a PCB be repaired?
Some PCB faults may be repairable depending on the board, component and failure. In other cases replacement may be more appropriate. The board should be diagnosed before deciding between repair and replacement.
Do you replace washing machine motors?
Motor-related faults can be inspected and, where required, the motor or associated drive components may be repaired or replaced depending on the machine design and model.
Do you service all washing machine brands?
We provide washing machine repair and service for major brands and different machine types. Availability of a particular spare part depends on the exact model and fault.
Is every washing machine problem a PCB problem?
No. A similar symptom can have multiple causes. For example, a machine that does not spin may have a mechanical, motor, door-lock, sensor or electronic fault. Proper diagnosis is important before replacing a PCB.
